Training Recovery

Are you tired of working out one day and feeling extremely sore the next to where you struggle to complete your workout?

Do you feel tightness in certain areas with pain that is just annoying and limiting your progress in the gym?

If this sounds familiar, then you need to take advantage of our Training Recovery Sessions.

With our recovery training programs, including smart recovery training and fall recovery training, we focus on strengthening your muscles and improving your overall physical resilience. These programs not only aid in relieving pain but also in preventing future injuries and enhancing your quality of life.

"Discover how to naturally improve circulation, relax tension in tight muscles, improve flexibility, enhance the healing process, and speed up your recovery between training sessions so that your chances of injury are minimized allowing you to train without interruption."

These sessions may include the following:

KAATSU Training:

KAATSU and Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training are similar except that BFR training occludes blood flow to the muscle for a constant time frame while KAATSU prefers a more gradual pressure increase and decrease over time. This allows faster muscle growth, less stress on joints, and quicker rehabilitation after muscle injury.  Also, when restricting blood flow, muscles run out of oxygen quickly. This tricks the brain into thinking high intensity exercises are being performed. This allows slow twitch and fast twitch muscles to work at the same time. KAATSU Training increases the amount of lactic acid in muscle which signals to the brain to order the secretion of growth hormone because of high lactic acid. Metabolism is activated and fat burn increases.

Stretch Therapy & Soft Tissue Mobilization:

Soft Tissue Mobilization is similar to a massage, but focuses on one or two main body parts…your problem areas.  We use techniques to break up scar tissue, move fluid/swelling to reduce inflammation, break up adhesions, lengthen tight muscles to relax tense muscles and optimize muscle function.  This is useful in breaking up any knots that you may be experiencing, especially after an intense workout or long stressful day. Joint Mobilization to help tight joints and Stretch Therapy may also be included in this. Stretch Therapy focuses on elongating tight muscles throughout your entire body in order to improve flexibility and reduce your chances of injury.
